Job summary

UpperGround by Hudson in Sydney CBD invites a hands-on Solutions Architect to design customer-facing data intelligence platform solutions. You will translate complex requirements into scalable architectures across application, data, and infrastructure, guiding deployments in on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.3 days per week in the Sydney office.

Qualifications

10+ years of solutions architecture experience in enterprise software.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and data processing.
Experience with eDiscovery, forensics, legal tech, or data analytics domains.
Knowledge of deployment architectures (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).
Familiarity with containerisation and Kubernetes in multi-cloud contexts.
Experience supporting pre-sales activities and RFP responses.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end technical solutions across eDiscovery, investigations, and data intelligence environments.
Translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures for deployment in multiple environments.
Develop solution designs, technical docs, deployment models, and best practices.
Advise on infrastructure, integrations, performance, security, and compliance.
Lead POC engagements, support tenders, and present architectures to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Services to drive customer outcomes.
