Job summary

Findex is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join the SMSF Administration & Advisory team in Mildura. The full-time role is based in the office Monday to Friday with some ad-hoc reception duties.

You will manage a broad range of administrative tasks, support the SMSF team with data entry, collate financial statements and tax returns, and maintain accurate client records. A team-focused, learning-minded candidate will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role is preferred (financial services experience is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities are required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of administrative tasks, including mail and correspondence and lodging tax returns.
• Provide general support to the SMSF Team with efficient data entry and management.
• Assist with client-related tasks such as collating financial statements, tax returns, invoicing and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance files.
• Coordinate with advisors, partners and team members to support high-quality client outcomes.
