Clough, in a joint venture with Webuild, is seeking an SMP Construction Engineer to join the Perth-based CERES urea project. Work on a 19:9 FIFO rotation leading structural, mechanical and piping construction, reporting to the Construction Manager.

You will oversee and manage construction works, coordinate with engineering for clarifications, monitor progress, and ensure IFC compliance and Australian standards across multiple disciplines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil/structural engineering (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in EPC lump sum and construction.
• Experience in oil & gas or ammonia projects.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure works are executed per IFC drawings, specs, and procedures.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.
• Conduct daily site walks and toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with engineering for design clarifications and field changes.
• Support SMP construction schedules and identify risks.
• Witness inspections and testing.
• Ensure compliance with Australian standards.
