Job summary

Clough is seeking an SMP Supervisor to join our site-based team on the CERES urea project in Karratha, WA. You will oversee SMP installations and maintenance, ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance, and work closely with project managers, engineers and trades to deliver on plan.

The role requires 10+ years in supervisory roles, proven SMP project supervision experience in oil, gas or construction, and strong leadership and communication skills. 19:9 rotation to site applies.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in a supervisory role within SMP environments.
• Proven supervision of SMP installations and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead multi-discipline teams.
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols and industry standards.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Proactive with excellent organisational skills and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and supervision of SMP installations and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and procedures.
• Lead and manage a technicians team, driving high performance and teamwork.
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues and keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
