Job summary

Smokemart & GiftBox is seeking an Assistant Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive store performance. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service to achieve sales goals.

You will oversee visual merchandising, store administration, training new team members, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment while delivering exceptional service to customers throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills for busy store operations.
• A proactive approach to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Willingness to obtain a police check if required.
