Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne invites a proactive Guest Experience Manager (Manager on Duty) to lead day-to-day Front Office operations from the Sky Lobby on level 80, delivering legendary service and personalised guest moments.

You will supervise staff, respond to inquiries and emergencies, and partner with teams to uphold Gold Standards and drive guest satisfaction at Melbourne's tallest luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
• Relevant managerial experience in Front Office or Duty Manager roles.
• Passion for luxury guest service and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Front Office operations and uphold hotel standards.
• Lead the guest experience journey from arrival to departure.
• Supervise staffing and ensure guest service and financial goals are met.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with care and efficiency.
• Act as Hotel Manager on shift and embody The Ritz-Carlton Credo.
