Job summary

JBS Townsville Plant is hiring Skilled Meat Workers (Boners, Slicers, Slaughter Persons) to join our production team. The facility employs hundreds and operates five days a week, located about 12km south of Townsville in Queensland.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in boning, slicing or slaughtering, strong knife-sharpening skills, and a team-focused, detail-oriented approach. Training, uniforms, and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering
• High level of knife sharpening skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
• Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction
• Demonstrated integrity and good presentation
