Job summary

QA Build, the construction division behind GemLife, seeks a Skilled Labourer to join the Elimbah site. The position offers casual start with genuine pathways to permanent employment on a major residential development, working within a safety-focused team.

Candidates should have White Card, excavator/skid steer tickets (tickets valued), a valid driver’s license and carpentry exposure, and be prepared for outdoor, physical work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency or unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• General construction labouring duties.
• Operate excavators and skid steers if ticketed.
• Assist trades and supervisors on site.
• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Loading, unloading and movement of materials.
• Maintain safe work practices and housekeeping standards.
