Job summary

Local Workforce Hire on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced General Labourer or Trade Assistant for consistent work with excellent weekly pay and the potential to transition to permanent roles.

You will perform site prep, material handling, and assist trades across landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs, shopfitting, and more. A minimum 12 months' experience and a Construction White Card are required.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required
