Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is hiring General Labourers and Trade Assistants for diverse projects across the Gold Coast region. Earn $35.11 per hour plus superannuation and a daily travel allowance with immediate start and regular, ongoing casual shifts.

Typical duties include site prep, material handling, digging and assisting trades, with weekly pay and a pathway to permanent employment through proven reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up across multiple sites.
• Wheelbarrowing and moving materials.
• Digging, trenching and lifting loads.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople on site.
• General labouring duties as required.
