Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers and Trade Assistants for ongoing casual assignments on the Gold Coast. Work across landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs and industrial sites with regular weekly pay and potential permanent opportunities.

Applicants should have at least 12 months of labouring experience, Construction White Card, a valid driver’s licence, and reliable transport. Physical work, strong work ethic and punctuality are essential traits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.
• Reliability and punctuality are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up across various sites.
• Wheelbarrowing materials and digging/trenching as needed.
• Lifting and carrying materials; packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople on site.
• General labouring duties as required across industries.
