Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing casual assignments across construction, landscaping, and industrial sites on the Gold Coast. Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work across a variety of industries including landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs and shopfitting.
• Assist qualified tradespeople and perform general labouring duties.
• Site preparation, material handling, and cleaning across sites.
• Unloading containers and supporting on-site tasks as required.
• Maintain PPE and safety practices on all assignments.
