Skilled Construction Labourer (Long Term Position)

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Construction Labourer to join a major civil project based in the Narellan area. This role is an on going position with stability, with the project expected to run for up to 9-12 months, and has the potential for transitioning into a permanent rolebased on performance.

About the Role

You’ll be working across a large civil site supporting trades, operators and site supervisors. The position requires someone reliable, switched‑on and confident working both independently and as part of a high‑performing team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable communication
• Ability to work autonomously and follow direction
• Competent with a range of hand and power tools
• Proven experience in civil or construction environments
• Great teamwork and a positive attitude on site being able to help assist everyone working on site.

Highly Desirable (Not Mandatory)

• Telehandler operating experience
• Telehandler licence / VOC

Project Details

• Location: Narellan
• Duration: Approx. 9 months
• Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday (7am - 3:30pm or 6am - 2:30pm)
• View to permanent employment for the right candidate
