Job summary

Workforce International is seeking energetic Civil Labourers for current and upcoming Central Coast projects in NSW. If you’re fit, hands-on and eager to grow with a skilled team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include digging, topsoil spreading, de-watering and machine spotting. Valid White Card, reliable transport and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical are essential. Weekly pay and a clear path to permanency await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Construction White Card.
• Reliable transport to site is required.
• Safety conscious with good communication skills.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Digging holes and shoveling as part of daily tasks.
• Spreading topsoil, mulch and turf on sites.
• De-watering and assisting with site preparations.
• Machine spotting and operating plant machinery when qualified.
• Possess a VOC or ticket to operate plant equipment.

Your Day-to-Day:

Digging holes & shoveling

Spreading topsoils, mulch and turf

De-watering

Machine spotting

If you’ve got it, operate plant machinery (must have a VOC or ticket!)

Bonus skills

Confined Space & Working Safely at Heights (desirable) OR Machinery tickets (Roller/Front End Loader/Skid Steer/Excavator) are a plus!
