Job summary

Buildability Group Trades and Labour Roles in Sydney is seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Plant Operators for civil construction and landscaping projects across Western Sydney and The Hills Shire. Casual, ongoing work with immediate starts are available.

Key duties include civil labouring, operating mobile plant (Moxy, Roller, dump truck), site preparation, earthworks, and general site clean-up. Applicants should have White Card, 2+ years plant experience, and ability to pass drug and

• White Card
• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating relevant plant
• Current SOA/VOC for Moxy and/or Roller desired
• Experience operating 5–20 tonne machinery
• Strong understanding of site safety and procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Contactable work references
• Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test
• Full PPE and reliable transport

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers & Plant Operators for a range of civil construction and civil landscaping projects across Western Sydney.

• Civil labouring and general construction duties
• Operating mobile plant and machinery
• Site preparation, excavation and earthworks
• Moxy / Dump Truck / Roller operation
• General site clean-up and manual handling

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• White Card
• Previous experience working in civil construction
