Bakers Delight Watagan Park in Cooranbong, NSW is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team, producing high-quality artisan breads and bakery products in a fast-paced commercial bakery. You will work early mornings, maintain quality and food safety standards, and help train junior staff.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of full-time baking experience.
Certificate III in Baking or equivalent highly regarded.
Experience working in a commercial bakery environment.
Strong knowledge of bread production techniques.

Responsibilities

Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
Measure and prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes.
Monitor dough quality throughout the production process.
Operate commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure all products meet Bakers Delight quality standards.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Monitor stock levels and minimise product waste.
Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production requirements.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work areas.
