Job summary

Skechers Australia & New Zealand invites an Assistant Store Manager to join our Pacific Fair store on the Gold Coast. You will work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach the team, and help drive store success in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll lead with a proactive mindset, focus on customer experiences, and contribute to stock management, visual merchandising, and roster planning while building a high-energy, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role.
• Proactive attitude and strong desire to grow leadership skills.
• Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.

Your Role

Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

About You

You’re a motivated and emerging retail leader who thrives in a busy environment.

You’ll bring:

Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).

A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills.

Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences.

Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.

Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
