Transport For NSW is seeking a Site Surveillance Officer for the Sheahan Bridge CAPEX project in NSW. This 11‑month fixed-term, on-site role requires day and night rotations and close collaboration with the Project Engineer to review documents and audit site activities.

Extensive experience in civil surveillance or as a pavement construction supervisor, with knowledge of formwork and concrete, is essential. A valid Australian driver’s licence and strong record-keeping are required.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in construction surveillance or as Civil/Asphalt Pavement Construction Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of formwork and concrete principles.
• Familiar with transport specifications R44, R71, R101, R106, R116, R121 and R126.
• Experience on civil infrastructure projects with earthworks and drainage.
• Ability to work a day and night shift roster.
• Australian driver’s licence held.
• Ability to spot issues early, keep thorough records and support engineers with technical inputs and contract documentation.
• Strong communication with delivery partners and sound judgement.

• Act as a site representative for Transport NSW on the Sheahan Bridge CAPEX project.
• Review project documents, carry out audits and oversee day-to-day site activities.
• Work on site with day and night rotations; ensure on-site compliance and safety.
• Support the Project Engineer with technical inputs and contract documentation.
