Job summary

Dezire Homes in NSW is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day on-site operations, coordinate trades, and maintain safety and quality standards across our residential projects. You will liaise with clients and subcontractors, monitor progress against programme, and ensure compliance with NSW building codes and WHS regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (minimum 4 years).
• Strong knowledge of NSW building codes, WHS regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and programmes.
• Ability to use construction management software (On site companion).
• Current White Card and valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities
