GemLife Administration Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor for our Burnett Heads project near Bundaberg. You will lead on-site operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Qualificações

• Must hold QBCC Licence and have residential construction experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume residential build site is essential.
• Driver's licence and White Card required.
• Trade background; carpentry preferred.
• Supervisor experience and adherence to OHS procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and decisive decision-making abilities.
• IT proficiency; familiarity with Onsite Companion is a plus.
• Hands-on leader, present on site, and follows through commitments.
• Maintains composure under pressure and adapts to challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Plant Operators, Labourers, and subcontractors to meet quality and schedule targets.

Are you an experienced Residential Site Supervisor or leading hand with a passion for delivering high-quality, luxury home? Our new Burnett Heads site just out of Bundaberg has commenced construction and we're looking for a driven and a capable professional ready to step into this exciting opportunity.

About QA Build

QA Build is the construction arm behind the highly regarded GemLife communities. With a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovation, we are shaping the future of luxury over-50s living. Our expert teams consistently deliver premium villas with industry-leading build times averaging just 16 weeks.

The Opportunity

Our Burnett Heads development will deliver 150 homes, with approximately 2 years of work on-site, plus a pipeline of projects in the future.

Working alongside the Residential Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in site operations - overseeing Plant Operators, Labourers, and subcontractors to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

We're looking for a confident and decisive leader who communicates effectively, solves problems quickly, and keeps projects running smoothy. You will need to be proactive in identifying risks and maintainingmomentum on-site, even under pressure.

To be successful you must:

• Have a QBCC Licence
• Experience in Residential Construction with high volume
• Drivers Licence + white card
• A trade background, carpentry is preferred
• Supervisor experience while following OHS procedures
• Problem solving skills and good decision making
• Competent with IT, preferably Onsite Companion
• Have a practical, hands-on approach ensuring you're present on site and follow through with what you commit to
• Remain calm under pressure while adapting to challenges if they arise
