Job summary

Onelife Property Group Pty Ltd in Maroochydore is seeking a Site Supervisor to drive day-to-day delivery of multi-residential townhouse projects, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence while working closely with directors and the construction team.

You bring proven supervisory experience in townhouse or medium-density builds, strong knowledge of residential construction methods, skilled management of subcontractors, and a current QBCC licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising townhouse, medium-density or multi-residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methodology and sequencing.
• Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills.
• Current QBCC licence or qualifications to work in Queensland construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities from commencement through to practical completion and handover.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
• Drive the construction programme and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure workmanship meets company standards and building requirements.
• Oversee site safety, housekeeping and compliance.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage defects during construction.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics.
• Liaise with project management, estimating, consultants and directors.
• Identify and resolve construction issues before impacting programme or quality.
• Maintain accurate site records and report project progress.

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of multi-residential townhouse projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, to a high standard and in accordance with programme. This is an opportunity to join a hands-on, locally based business where decisions are made quickly, quality matters, and you will work closely with the directors and construction team.

Key responsibilities

• Managing all site activities from commencement through to practical completion and handover
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, trades and suppliers
• Driving the construction programme and maintaining project momentum
• Ensuring workmanship meets company standards, approved documentation and relevant building requirements
• Managing site safety, housekeeping and compliance
• Conducting quality inspections and managing defects throughout construction
• Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics
• Liaising closely with project management, estimating, consultants and company directors
• Identifying and resolving construction issues before they impact programme or quality
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting on project progress

About you

• Proven experience supervising townhouse, medium-density or multi-residential construction
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methodology and sequencing
• Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
• The ability to manage programme, priorities and multiple work fronts
• Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and site compliance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working autonomously while remaining part of a close-knit team
• Relevant QBCC qualifications/licensing and construction industry credentials
• Current driver's licence
