Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Electrical) to support the delivery of a large-scale solar farm project in Canberra Region, ACT. The role is contract-based and includes a daily site allowance, offering hands-on leadership for on-site construction activities and coordination of multiple contractors and personnel.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of site supervision experience, strong communication skills, and experience with HV/substation projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in site-based construction supervision.
• Experience reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, method statements and project reporting.
• Experience on BESS, substation, high-voltage or transmission projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, mining, or industrial projects. The role is offered on a contract basis and includes a daily site allowance.

About You

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership position.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in site‑based construction supervision.
• Experience reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, method statements, construction work packs and project reporting.
• Experience on BESS, substation, high‑voltage or transmission projects will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
