Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment's client is a well-established Sydney residential builder seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee 8–10 homes across Penrith to Oran Park. You will coordinate trades and suppliers on site, keep projects to programme and budget, and perform site inspections to maintain quality standards.

The role requires around 5 years’ experience in residential construction, Cert III + Cert IV in Building and Construction, and strong communication to liaise with trades and

Qualifications

• Around 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction.
• Cert III + Cert IV in Building and Construction.
• Builder’s Licence would be a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of the residential construction process.
• Comfortable managing multiple homes at once.
• Good communication skills and able to deal with trades and clients.
• Ideally living locally or within a reasonable distance of the project areas.

Our client is a well established custom homebuilder working on projects across Sydney. They’re now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.

They’re a medium-sized business with an experienced team across each department and a strong focus on maintaining a good work life balance.

Ideally, they’re looking for someone with around 3–5 years’ experience supervising residential builds who is comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of their custom projects.

The Role

• Manage around 8 - 10 homes at a time
• Projects generally running from Penrith through to Oran Park
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and contractors on site
• Keep projects moving to programme and budget
• Carry out site inspections and maintain quality standards
• Manage variations, defects and handover
• Keep clients updated throughout the build
• Work closely with the office team to keep everything on track

About You

• Around 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
