Job summary

Willow Recruitment (London) Ltd is helping a Brisbane-based New Home Builder find a Site Supervisor. You will manage up to eight low-volume builds, with duties spanning from site start to handover, reading detailed plans, coordinating materials, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

The role requires 5+ years in supervisory roles with custom or project home builders, strong client communication, and a commitment to high standards. A vehicle/car allowance and a phone/tablet are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years supervisory experience with custom or project home builders.
• Trade qualified, carpentry preferred and ability to read detailed plans.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Maintain quality standards and schedule adherence on site.
• WHS policies and on-site compliance must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Daily site management from commencement to handover.
• Coordinate supplies and materials for low-volume builds.
• Ensure homes meet quality standards and timelines.
• Read and interpret detailed plans for on-site work.
• Maintain strong client communication and professionalism.
• Enforce WHS practices and site safety policies.

Our client is a known & established Brisbane New Home Builder. Building one off custom homes as well as their own small developments, based both inner city & outer city Suburbs of Brisbane.

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to manage LOW VOLUME (up to 8) builds based North & Side of Brisbane. This is an additional role for the business, created due to ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience

• Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over
• Client focused -exceptional communication & presentation
• Extensive experience and the ability to read and work off detailed plans
• Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner
• Coordination of supplies and materials
• Manage on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures
• High level communicator, organised & attention to detail
