Job summary

GrainCorp in Condobolin is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team of grain handlers and ensure safe, efficient site operations.

You will support the Site Manager and Area Manager with planning, resourcing and peak-season receivals and out-loading, while building strong relationships with growers and customers.

A current driver’s license and commitment to safety are required, and the role offers ongoing training and a family-friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a grain handling team on a site.
• Ability to plan and resource receivals and out-loading, including peak seasons.
• Commitment to safety and efficient site operations.
• Driver’s license required.
• Strong stakeholder management with growers and customers.

Role: Site Supervisor
Location: Condobolin
Rate: from $40 per hour

This role contributes by:

• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
• Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
• Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and efficient manner.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
• Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
