Job summary

GrainCorp in Condobolin is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a grain handling team and support site operations. You will oversee receivals and out-loads, coordinate resources, and ensure safety and efficiency on site.

The role requires driving strong relationships with growers and customers, with ongoing training and safety programs provided. A driver’s license is required, and a pre-employment medical check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a grain handling or agricultural setting.
• Strong focus on site safety and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate resources and plan receivals/outloads.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently.
• Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods.
• Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and efficient manner.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships with growers and customers; maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
• Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
