Job summary

SEE Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead civil construction activities on TMR road projects in Mt Lindesay and Mt Tamborine. You will manage daily on‑site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction and project delivery.
• Proven site-management and supervisory capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily site activities per construction program.
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, plant and equipment.
• Lead crews and assist with technical issues on delivery.
• Monitor subcontractors for compliance with HSEQ.
• Manage site costs and productivity to support financial objectives.
• Communicate with the project team to manage scope changes and forecasts.
