Job summary

SEE Group on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations and contribute to impactful infrastructure projects close to home.

You will coordinate people, subcontractors, and equipment, while ensuring adherence to the construction program, safety standards and regulatory requirements across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Background in Plant Operation, Construction and Delivery processes.
• Proven management skills, practices and planning ability.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and maintaining focus on priorities.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills with leadership and motivational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Program daily site works in line with construction program and adapt as needed.
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, plant and equipment; support project staff on technical issues.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.

The Opportunity

Join our Infrastructure division as a full-time Site Supervisor on the Sunshine Coast. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a candidate with TMR experience looking to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects and build a long-term career close to home.

Responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for the effective programming of daily site works in accordance with the construction program, including any adjustments as they arise.

Responsible for project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards.

Responsible and accountable for the coordination of employees, subcontractors, plant and equipment required for the projects. Provide advice, support and assistance to project staff in relation to any technical and/or complex problems that may arise during project life.

Monitor sub-contractors with a view to ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Background in Plant Operation, Construction and Delivery processes.

Proven management skills, practices and planning ability.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and maintaining focus on priorities.
