HEH Civil Pty in South East Queensland is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to translate daily plans into safe, productive on-site work. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and materials across road, drainage, earthworks and concrete projects with the Site Supervisor and Project Manager.

This permanent, full-time role offers a clear path to Site Supervision, support for further qualifications, and a roster that generally runs Monday to Friday with occasional away-from-home

Formación

• Proven experience leading civil crews on road, drainage, earthworks or concrete projects.
• Strong hands-on construction knowledge; ability to make practical on-site decisions.
• Read plans, read levels and explain construction requirements clearly.
• White Card and current Queensland driver licence.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday across South East Queensland and away from home on a 10 days on, 4 days off roster.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and allocate daily work with the Site Supervisor.
• Lead civil crews across road, drainage, earthworks and concrete.
• Maintain program progress and address delays early.
• Read and communicate plans, levels and specifications.
• Monitor productivity and address issues on site.
• Run pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily site checks.
• Coach less experienced team members on safety and quality.
• Complete site diaries, timesheets and quality records.
