Zusammenfassung

Ertech is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the Mitchell Freeway team in Western Australia, leading drainage, concrete and services works. You will coordinate daily site activities, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and alignment with project specs and schedules.

Key responsibilities include planning assistance, crew supervision, progress monitoring, and building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising and coordinating site crews.
• Strong knowledge across drainage, concrete and services work.
• CPCWHS1001 Construction White Card.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
• Rail Industry Worker Card.
• Valid Australian working rights.

Aufgaben

• Assist with project planning activities, including reviewing specifications, identifying resource requirements, and contributing to risk planning.
• Supervise and coordinate daily crew activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and implement practical solutions or elevate where required.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide leadership and support to team members through clear direction, coaching, and ensuring access to required tools and resources.
• Promote and maintain strong HSEQ standards by ensuring compliance with safety procedures and addressing any quality or safety concerns.
