Job summary

Ertech, an employee-owned Australian civil and electrical construction company, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our NSW teams delivering long-term transport and infrastructure projects. You will support the Project Manager and project team, ensure contractual requirements are met, and help maximise profitability while upholding safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key duties include planning resources, monitoring site progress, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors,

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2-5 years of relevant construction experience.
TfNSW roads experience preferred.
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
White Card CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry.
Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Carry out assigned project tasks within the defined scope of work, ensuring alignment with budget, contract requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
Plan and organise resources and tasks for allocated work areas while monitoring site progress and safety.
Provide technical input on design, construction methods, and program modifications to support project delivery.
Support procurement activities and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors.
Identify project issues and contribute to practical solutions while understanding how components influence outcomes.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment in line with HSEQ standards.
