Job summary

Duratec Australia is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the safe delivery of remediation, concrete repair, water infrastructure and pump station projects across South Australia. Based in Adelaide, you will oversee site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to high standards.

You will have a trade qualification or construction background with strong leadership, planning and communication skills, plus a solid understanding of

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or construction background required.
• Ability to lead site teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, work planning, and project programming.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site crews and subcontractors to deliver works safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate daily site activities, labour, plant and materials.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements through inspections, pre-starts and toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues and maintain project schedules.
• Complete site documentation and reporting requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project stakeholders.
