Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead your section of the project on Sydney's iconic development, reporting to the Site Manager & Project Manager.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, sequencing, and coordinating multiple subcontractors to deliver complex projects up to $50M+, with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Experience with a head contractor delivering projects up to $50M+.
• End-to-end project delivery experience.
• Confident coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, programming and site logistics.
• Ability to identify problems early and implement practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project team.
• Can-do attitude with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Hold a degree in Construction Management or similar.

Work on one of Sydney’s most recognisable projects with a leading Tier 2 head contractor.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor who wants to be part of an iconic project working with an established high performing team.

Our client is a highly regarded Tier 2 builder with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects. They are looking to strengthen their site team with a supervisor who can take ownership, make decisions and keep things moving.

You’ll be working closely with an experienced Site Manager & Project Manager, leading the day-to-day delivery of your section of the project.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor
• Must have experience with a head contractor delivering projects up $50M+
• End-to-end project experience
• Confident coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
• Strong construction knowledge and an understanding of sequencing, programming, and site logistics
• The confidence to identify problems early and find practical solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the broader project team
• A can-do attitude - someone that’s whiling to learn and take a proactive approach on a day to day
• Hold a degree in Construction Management or something similar
