Job summary

Duratec is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a Northam project to lead day-to-day operations of modular installations and fit outs. You will plan, coordinate works, equipment and personnel, and work closely with the Project Manager to keep activities on schedule.

This 12-month max term role requires a Construction/Engineering qualification, white card and a valid driver’s licence. You will supervise a team, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, QA/HSE paperwork, and maintain productive

• Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering.
• White card.
• Driver's Licence.

• DIDO 5:2 roster
• 12 Month max term

THE ROLE

Help deliver the day-to-day operations and drive the onsite management of modular installations and fit outs

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications and requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
• White card
• Drivers License

Working Experience:

• Prior experience in the Construction Industry
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in relevant industry.
• Positive conflict resolution, communications and influencing skills
• Sound reporting writing skills with the ability to write comprehensive reports
• Extensive project delivery skills, including budgeting, coordinating work priorities and subcontractor management
• Understanding of established safety policies and guidelines
