Job summary

Duratec is a leading Australian contractor delivering design, build, remediation and decommissioning services across assets and infrastructure. Headquartered in Wangara, Duratec operates nationwide with projects across Defence, Mining, Energy and Transport Infrastructure.

We are seeking a senior construction/operations or project manager to lead complex programs in Australia, with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior construction, operations or project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, cost control and contract management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Experience in defence, energy and fuel sectors is highly regarded.

Job description

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a senior construction, operations or project management role delivering complex projects
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgets, forecasting, cost control and contract management
