Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions in Rockhampton, QLD is seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to lead multiple residential insurance repair projects across Rockhampton and Central Queensland.

You will coordinate trades, inspect sites and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards. The role requires a QBCC/QLD supervisor licence, White Card, and a valid driver’s licence, with autonomy to manage your own portfolio of projects in a stable, established business.

Qualifications

• Insurance repair or residential building experience required.
• QLD Supervisor Licence is mandatory.
• White Card and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Strong project management and subcontractor coordination skills.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Building Supervisor / Site Supervisor looking for stability, autonomy and consistent work within the insurance repair sector.

The Role

• Manage multiple residential insurance repair projects
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
• Liaise with homeowners, insurers and internal teams
• Deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard

About You

• Insurance repair or strong residential building experience
• Current QLD Supervisor Licence / relevant QBCC licence
• White Card and current Australian driver's licence
• Strong trade, subcontractor and project management skills
• Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
