Job summary

ABC Group is seeking a Residential Supervisor to manage a portfolio of building repair projects across QLD. The role focuses on coordinating trades, scheduling work, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will oversee onsite assessments, liaise with clients and insurers, and drive high-quality workmanship with strict safety compliance. Experience in multi-trade supervision is preferred and a vehicle may be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites.
• Intermediate-level computer literacy; familiarity with estimating or project management software.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
• Residential renovation/maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Residential Supervisor to join our team and be responsible for managing a portfolio of building repair projects across QLD. If you are looking to transition off the tools, conduct assessments and organise trades, this will be the perfect fit for you!

About the Role

As a Supervisor at ABC Group, your project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to):

• Onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works
• Liaising with our extensive trade base, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio
• Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
• Overseeing trade activities to ensure all work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards

To ensure your success you will possess the following:

• Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites is a bonus!
• Intermediate-level computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus!)
• Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
