Job summary

Auscoast Builders is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage insurance repair projects across Gatton, Toowoomba and the broader SEQ region. This is a true supervisory role; you won't be on the tools, taking ownership and coordinating trades to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

You should bring proven experience in insurance repairs or residential construction, strong coordination, and a disciplined approach to WHS and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential construction, roofing, insurance repairs or similar projects.
• Strong practical building and/or roofing knowledge.
• Experience coordinating trades and multiple projects.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A good understanding of WHS and quality requirements.
• Confidence using technology to manage your projects.
• A team-first attitude and high standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Managing insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion.
• Conducting onsite assessments and reporting on property damage.
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Reviewing scopes and keeping projects progressing.
• Managing customer relationships and providing regular updates.
• Managing project timeframes, quality and costs.
• Resolving issues and finding practical solutions.
• Ensuring WHS, building and quality requirements are maintained.

Highly regarded, but not essential: QBCC Supervisor Licence, relevant trade qualification, Certificate IV in Building & Construction, roofing or insurance building experience.
