Job summary

Stoddart Group are a leading supplier and installer for the residential building industry, expanding the Roofing Division. We’re seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site teams in the Beresfield region, ensuring safety and quality in every installation.

You’ll supervise roofers and subcontractors, manage schedules, conduct inspections, and provide guidance to teams, while maintaining thorough job documentation in our system apps.

Qualifications

• Proven roofing experience with metal roofing, fascia and guttering.
• Demonstrated leadership or readiness to supervise teams.
• White Card or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• High attention to safety and workmanship standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Take the Lead On-Site

We’re on the lookout for a Site Supervisor to join our expanding Roofing Division. If you’re an experienced roofer or plumber looking to lead a great team and help deliver quality work you can be proud of, this role could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Site Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating and supervising installations in the Beresfield region to ensure they run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and support roofers and subcontractors on-site
• Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections
• Perform site measures and manage work schedules
• Ensure high standards of safety and workmanship
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
• Provide technical advice and guidance to teams
• Manage job documentation and reporting via system apps

What You’ll Bring

You’re a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who knows what it takes to lead on a construction site.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven roofing experience (metal roofing & fascia, guttering)
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a supervisory role
• White Card (General Construction Induction) – or ability to obtain
• High attention to detail and safety
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and proactive work ethic
