Job summary

ROOFstyle is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of roofing projects across metropolitan and regional Western Australia. You will be the on-site representative, coordinating builders, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is safe, on time and to a high standard of workmanship.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee projects from readiness to completion, guiding subcontractors and maintaining strong WHS practices while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in roofing, roof plumbing or residential construction.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction programmes, sequencing and site operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of metal deck roofing systems and roof plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field delivery of ROOFstyle roofing installations across WA.
• Inspect roofing works and site conditions prior to commencement.
• Coordinate roofing activities with builder programmes and project milestones.
• Conduct regular quality, progress and safety inspections.
• Identify and manage defects, risks and non-conforming work.
• Manage and coordinate roofing and roof plumbing subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Build strong relationships with builders, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Resolve construction issues with Builder Site Supervisors and Construction Managers.
• Monitor subcontractor productivity, workmanship, reliability and compliance.
• Provide technical and operational support to subcontractors.
• Drive improvements in quality, productivity and construction processes.
• Promote a strong WHS and safety culture across all projects.

Lead the delivery of roofing projects across WA
ROOFstyle is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take ownership of the delivery and performance of our roofing operations across metropolitan and regional Western Australia.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who understands roofing, residential construction and the realities of managing multiple sites and subcontractors. You will be ROOFstyle’s key on‑site representative, working closely with builders, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard of workmanship.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee roofing projects from site readiness through to completion, ensuring our subcontractor network has the support, direction and accountability required to consistently deliver quality outcomes.

• Building strong, long‑term relationships with builders, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Working closely with Builder Site Supervisors and Construction Managers to resolve construction issues.
• Monitoring subcontractor productivity, workmanship, reliability and compliance.
• Providing technical and operational support to subcontractors.
• Driving improvements in quality, productivity and construction processes.
• Promoting a strong WHS and safety culture across all projects.

About you

We are looking for a strong construction professional who can confidently manage people, projects and relationships while maintaining a high level of technical and operational standards.

You will ideally have:

• 7+ years' experience in roofing, roof plumbing or residential construction.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction programmes, sequencing and site operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of metal deck roofing systems and roof plumbing.
• Strong construction leadership and site management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• A genuine commitment to quality, safety and customer service.

A trade qualification in Roofing, Roof Plumbing, Construction or Building is preferred. A current White Card and Australian C Class Driver’s Licence are required, with First Aid desirable.
