ROOFstyle is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of roofing projects across metropolitan and regional Western Australia. Lead the delivery of roofing projects across WA
ROOFstyle is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take ownership of the delivery and performance of our roofing operations across metropolitan and regional Western Australia.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who understands roofing, residential construction and the realities of managing multiple sites and subcontractors. You will be ROOFstyle’s key on‑site representative, working closely with builders, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard of workmanship.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee roofing projects from site readiness through to completion, ensuring our subcontractor network has the support, direction and accountability required to consistently deliver quality outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
We are looking for a strong construction professional who can confidently manage people, projects and relationships while maintaining a high level of technical and operational standards.
You will ideally have:
A trade qualification in Roofing, Roof Plumbing, Construction or Building is preferred. A current White Card and Australian C Class Driver’s Licence are required, with First Aid desirable.
This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role within a growing roofing operation and have a genuine impact on how projects are delivered.
You will work across a broad range of projects, develop strong relationships with leading construction stakeholders, and help build the capability and performance of ROOFstyle’s subcontractor network.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute not only to day‑to‑day construction delivery, but also to operational improvement, productivity, quality and the continued growth of ROOFstyle.
