Job summary

Fine Peace Investment (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team across South East Queensland. The role focuses on day-to-day supervision of construction sites, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and ensuring works are completed safely and in accordance with drawings and standards.

You will monitor progress, manage multiple trades, maintain records, and ensure WHS procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ relevant construction/site supervision experience.
• Demonstrated site supervision experience in high-rise residential construction and basement works.
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence appropriate to the project.
• Current White Card.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to read drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin Chinese skills would be highly regarded but are not essential.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team and support our projects across South East Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of construction sites, coordinating subcontractors and trades, monitoring project progress, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, Australian Standards and relevant building regulations.

This is a hands‑on site‑based position suited to someone with strong construction knowledge, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple trades and site activities.
