Job summary

Siteforce Recruitment in Queensland seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations across Mackay and Whitsunday Regions. You will coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor progress, and ensure WHS compliance to uphold construction standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of site supervision or project management experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead multiple teams while maintaining safety and quality in regional projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or project management.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Valid White Card (Construction Induction) is required.
• Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance.

Job description

Work locations across Mackay, Whitsunday Regions, and throughout Queensland as projects require

As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving efficient workflows and maintaining high-quality construction standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in construction site supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively. Your expertise will contribute directly to the successful completion of projects that support community growth and infrastructure development in the region.

Package Includes:

• Up to 50–60 hours per week (as rostered and subject to project requirements, workload, and location)

• $80 per month phone allowance for use of a personal phone for work-related purposes

What You Will Need

• Civil operator machinery tickets and/or Project Management qualifications/experience
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
• Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
• Local candidates preferred, or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense and be based in the Mackay & Whitsunday Regions
