Job summary

SEE Group in Australia is seeking a Project Engineer and a Site Engineer to join our Civil Infrastructure and Land Development team. This full-time, hands-on role will involve coordinating site activities, QA/ITPs, and delivering roads, drainage, underground services and earthworks across the Logan and Gold Coast regions.

You’ll work closely with project managers and supervisors to drive safety, quality and on-time delivery while solving real site problems and taking ownership of project

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in civil construction.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
• Experience with QA, ITPs, cost tracking and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors.
• Manage quality assurance, ITPs and compliance documentation.
• Track costs, variations and progress claims.
• Provide input into short-term programming and project planning.

The Opportunity

Our Civil Infrastructure and Land Development team has secured a strong pipeline of projects across the Logan and Gold Coast regions, and we’re looking for a Project Engineer and Site Engineer who wants more than just a support role. You’ll be involved in delivering a range of civil infrastructure and land development subdivision projects, including roads, drainage, underground services, earthworks and associated civil works. What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t be stuck behind a desk. Working closely with the Project Manager and Supervisors, you will:

• Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors.
• Manage quality assurance, ITPs and compliance documentation.
• Track costs, variations and progress claims.
• Provide input into short-term programming and project planning.
• Ensure safety standards and site procedures are upheld.
• Solve problems as they arise on active civil construction sites.
• Support the delivery of civil infrastructure and land development subdivision projects from early works through to completion.

This is a hands-on role across active projects involving roads, drainage, underground services, bulk earthworks and subdivision infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to Engineers with 2–6 years’ experience in civil construction who:

• Hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
• Have experience in civil infrastructure, land development, subdivision or bulk earthworks projects.
• Understand QA, ITPs, cost tracking and project documentation processes.
• Can build strong working relationships with supervisors, subcontractors, clients and consultants.
• Take ownership and initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Are committed to delivering safe, high-quality work.
