Job summary

fgf Developments is a Cairns-based civil construction company seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site delivery across Cairns.

You will plan and supervise works, coordinate staff and subcontractors, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards while maintaining strong communication across teams.

fgf Developments is a local, Cairns-based civil construction company. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of civil construction projects across the Cairns area.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee daily site works
• Coordinate and manage employees, subcontractors, plant, and equipment across projects
• Provide technical guidance and support to project staff, resolving complex site challenges effectively
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to HSEQ requirements and project standards
• Maintain strong site organisation, ensuring efficient workflow and clear communication across all teams
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards
