Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the Infrastructure Division for major civil projects across Queensland and the Northern Territory. The role entails leading site teams on bulk earthworks, road construction, and infrastructure works, with a focus on safety, planning, and timely delivery.

FIF0 rosters from Brisbane to project sites in Cairns, Weipa, and the NT are available, including flights, accommodation, and meals on a 2/1 roster.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil construction crews and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of earthmoving and road works.
• WHS and site procedures compliance.

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Lead site crews, operators, and subcontractors across civil construction activities
• Conduct pre-start meetings and toolbox talks
• Manage plant, labour, and resources to meet project schedules
• Oversee bulk earthworks, road construction, and infrastructure works
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and site procedures
• Complete daily supervisor reports and project documentation

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor with a reputable contractor
• Strong experience in bulk earthworks, road construction, or mining infrastructure
• Experience managing dozer, grader, and moxy operations
• Exposure to Tier 1 clients and major infrastructure projects desirable
• Strong understanding of earthmoving plant and civil construction processes
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively
• Competent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willingness to work FIFO rosters in remote locations
