The role is hands-on and focused on safety, quality, and on-time delivery, with a strong emphasis on coordinating crews and subcontractors and reviewing drawings.

Based in Narangba, the role operates Monday to Friday on-site, with opportunities to progress into senior roles as the company continues to win work across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor or Civil Supervisor in civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
• Strong leadership and coordination of multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple retaining wall installation projects.
• Coordinate daily site activities and construction programmes.
• Lead site crews and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
• Review civil and structural drawings before and during construction.
• Monitor workmanship and carry out quality inspections.
• Coordinate plant, equipment and material deliveries across projects.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports using Procore.
• Conduct regular site inspections and participate in weekly planning meetings.
• Ensure sites remaining organized, compliant and ready for handover.
• Assist with hands-on site activities and machinery operation when required.

Site Supervisor

Narangba | Full Time | Monday to Friday

Our client is a well-established Queensland business specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of engineered retaining wall systems for residential, commercial and civil projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple projects across South East Queensland. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. You'll work closely with Project Engineers and the management team to keep projects moving while maintaining quality and safety across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple retaining wall installation projects.

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand within civil construction.
• Experience delivering retaining wall, concrete, earthworks or subdivision projects is highly regarded.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and priorities.
• Sound understanding of WHS requirements and quality management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong work ethic.
• Current driver's licence. Machinery tickets are advantageous.
