Job summary

Icon Group is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to take ownership of key areas on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will keep projects moving and build strong relationships with subcontractors.

You should have proven experience on Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction projects, be able to read drawings and specifications, manage safety and compliance, and drive progress to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor on Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects.
• Experience on large-scale builds, ideally $70m+.
• Health project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing and delivery.
• Confident managing subcontractors and driving site performance.
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications; strong communication.

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site.
• Drive programme outcomes and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Maintain safety, quality and compliance standards.

• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and progress tracking.

The Role

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground, building strong relationships with subcontractors and keeping projects moving.
