Job summary

Icon Construction is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities, supervise subcontractors, and keep projects moving safely and to a high standard.

You will work with the Site Manager and project team on large-scale builds, read drawings, ensure quality, and contribute to milestones while maintaining records and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction projects.
• Experience on large-scale builds, ideally $70m+.
• Health Project experience would be preferable.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing and delivery.
• Confident managing subcontractors and driving site performance.
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive, organised and solutions focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive programme outcomes and ensure works are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance.

• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and progress tracking.

The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will take ownership of key areas on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground, building strong relationships with subcontractors and keeping projects moving.
