Job summary

Icon is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery from construction through to completion on major projects. You will work with site teams to assist with coordination, subcontractor management, documentation and reporting, driving project close-out activities.

This role offers exposure to finishes, fit-out and handover processes within a large Australian construction program, with opportunities for career development and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in a Project Coordinator/Engineer, Contract Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience on commercial, education, government or institutional projects valued from $50M+.
  • Experience supporting finishes, fit-out, commissioning or project completion activities.
  • Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a project team.
  • Understanding of construction contracts, project controls and reporting processes.

About The Opportunity As Project Coordinator

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery from construction through to completion. Working alongside experienced project and site teams, you will assist with project coordination, subcontractor management, documentation, reporting and project close-out activities.

This position is ideal for someone looking to further develop their career on a large construction project while gaining valuable exposure to finishes, fit-out and handover processes.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator/Engineer, Contract Administrator or similar role
