Job summary

LM Landscaping and Irrigation – Albury NSW is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our landscaping and irrigation projects in the Albury region. This full-time role focuses on safety, on-time delivery, quality workmanship, and effective coordination of crews and subcontractors.

You will monitor progress, read plans, manage materials and deliveries, and support a hands-on construction team with tasks from site setup to deck, turf, irrigation, paving, and stone works.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in landscaping/construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Recent or current HR licence desirable; Construction Industry card, Posi and Excavator tickets are valuable.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of personnel and sub-contractors to complete projects on time and to specification.
• Monitor and report project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites.
• Provide hands-on support to the construction team including duties such as cleaning, raking, mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and installation work.
• Operate machinery and power tools including posi-track and excavator as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes and methods.

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Albury, NSW. As Site Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. This is a full‑time permanent role where you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and professional delivery of our scheduled works.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of personnel and sub-contractors including materials and deliveries to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specification
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• Provide hands‑on support and guidance to the construction team as needed including but not limited to; cleaning duties, raking, mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, installation of decks, screens, turf, irrigation, paving and stone work.
• Machinery operation including power tools, posi‑track and excavator.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and methods

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the landscaping/construction industry
• Strong working knowledge of landscaping/construction methods, materials and equipment
• Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current driver’s licence (HR desirable), Construction Industry card, Posi and Excavator ticket certifications
